Content on this website — including descriptions of systems, equipment, pricing ranges, and any figures shown by our Savings Calculator, System Quiz, Backup Planner or similar interactive tools — is general information only, is illustrative, and does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of savings, performance or availability. These tools use stated assumptions (such as sun-hours, system efficiency and an electricity rate) that may differ from your actual property and electricity bill, and are not a substitute for a site assessment.

3. Quotations, proposals and contracts

Prices, system designs, equipment specifications, timelines and warranties apply only as set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement issued by Solaire Energys following an assessment of your property. No quotation, proposal or contract is formed through this website alone; it is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Photographs of completed installations shown on this website are published with the relevant customer's permission where required. Energy production and savings figures shown on a project's page are estimates based on the system's rated capacity and standard assumptions, not a measured reading, and are provided for illustration only.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability
